So I watched you fall asleep this morning to see how you do it. I gave you a bath, swaddled you up, gave you your Nuk and your Lovey. You proceeded to get your hands out of your swaddle and grab the Lovey and hit your head with the lovey as your eyes closed. Sometimes you will cover your face with the Lovey or blanket too. You are so adorable North and I love the little things that you do that make you... you.
On Sunday your dad and I bought you a new play mat and a new baby saucer. Your love both of them but only for about 15 minutes each at a time. :) Your legs are getting so strong and your grabbing skills are improving every day. Your eyes are wide open at all times and now you have definitely found your voice more than ever. You are constantly talking and letting us know what you think though we have no idea what you are saying. You have almost grown out of the Baby bjorn. You love reaching out for Teryx. I can't say that he returns your feelings, but he loves liking up your spit up.
In the bath I have switched you to the toddler side. You aren't a toddler but you want to sit up so badly, so you seem to like that side better.
You are so fun to watch North. I am always wondering what you will do next. I love you!
Yeah! I love reading all about North and his developments. It helps us Grandmas that live far away feel more connected with our precious grandson. This is a great idea and will be fun for all of you to read and re-read from time to time to remember all of the precious memories that you have and will have with North and as a family. Grandma McKnight loves you North! XO
ReplyDeleteDear North
ReplyDeleteYou have a very special Mom who takes the time to share you with all of us who love you so very much but are so far away. What a wonderful way for us to keep up with your every day activities. We are so grateful that your Mom and Dad love to take pictures of you that we can look every day. We love you so much and we think you are the most special little boy. Lots of love for you until we see you again.
